We build the AI agent teams your company runs on.

Custom hierarchical agent systems designed around your processes: an orchestrator, specialist agents, your APIs, MCP servers and typed tools. Built for your processes, not a subscription to someone else's agents.

Designed to work with the models your business already uses
  • Claude
  • ChatGPT
  • Gemini
  • Kimi
  • DeepSeek
  • Mistral
  • Llama
  • Qwen
  • Grok

From the first agent role to the maintenance that keeps it running.

Every engagement starts from a real process and ends with an agent team your company owns, not a slide deck and not a subscription.

01

Agent Team Design

We turn a real process into agent roles: an orchestrator that plans and routes, specialist agents with a bounded job, and explicit limits on what each one may do.

  • Process mapped to agent roles
  • Orchestrator and specialist scope
  • Escalation and human decision points
02

Build & Deployment

We write the agents, the typed tools they call and the skills that carry your procedures, then take the team into production one capability at a time.

  • Specialist agents, instructions and skills
  • Typed tools with explicit error contracts
  • Staged rollout with evals at every step
03

Integrations: API & MCP

We connect the team to the systems you already run, through your APIs and through MCP servers that expose only what each agent is allowed to touch.

  • API integrations: CRM, ERP, ticketing, internal tools
  • MCP servers with scoped permissions
  • Auth, audit logs and approval gates
04

Operate & Maintain

A live agent team is not a finished project. We keep it working as your processes change, as models change and as the systems around it change.

  • Evaluations and regression checks
  • Model, tool and API updates
  • Cost, latency and incident monitoring

Fluent in the details that make agentic systems work in production.

  • 01 Hub-and-spoke orchestration

A central orchestrator routes work to specialist agents with bounded scope, so systems stay explainable and easy to extend.

  • 02 MCP servers & tool design

Model Context Protocol servers and well-specified tool contracts that give agents safe, auditable access to your systems and data.

  • 03 Agent skills & instructions

Repeatable expertise packaged as versioned, tested skills and instructions, so agents follow your procedure instead of improvising it each time.

  • 04 Knowledge & retrieval pipelines

Ingestion, chunking, retrieval and grounding so agents answer from your documents and databases, not from memory.

  • 05 Evaluation & guardrails

Test sets, evals, permission boundaries and human checkpoints that let you trust what the system does on its own.

  • 06 Cloud architecture

Secure, cost-aware foundations on AWS and Google Cloud: identity, networking, data stores, model access and observability.

  • 07 API & system integration

APIs, CRM/ERP, ticketing, messaging and internal tools connected with auth, retries and idempotency, so the team acts where work already happens.

  • 08 Cost & operations

Token budgets, model routing, caching and monitoring so running the system costs less than the work it replaces.

One orchestrator. Many specialists. Clear boundaries.

This is what one of our agent teams looks like while it runs: the orchestrator plans, specialist agents execute through typed tools, and people decide only where it matters.

Pick a run on the left. Every step is an agent, a typed tool call through MCP, or a human decision, and the orchestrator waits where it should.

What changes when a team of agents owns the process.

generic tools
A system shaped like your process

Nothing is bent to fit a product someone else designed. The agent roles follow how your work actually runs.

manual hours
Work the team runs end to end

Repetitive steps move to agents that run around the clock; people handle exceptions and the decisions that need judgment.

a project that ages
A system under maintenance

Evaluations, model updates and new tools keep the team working as your processes and the models around it change.

From one process to an agent team that runs it.

01 · Discover

Map the process

We sit with the people who do the work, map the flow, and separate the steps that need judgment from the ones that do not.

02 · Design

Design the agent team

Roles, scope and authority for each agent, the tools and MCP servers they call, the data they see, and the points where a person decides.

03 · Build

Build and integrate

Agents, typed tools, skills and MCP servers written and wired into your APIs, shipped agent by agent so value lands early and risk stays contained.

04 · Operate

Maintain and improve

Monitoring, documentation and training, then regular maintenance: evaluations, model and API updates, and new capabilities as the scope grows.

Questions we get before the first call.

What does a typical engagement look like?

We start with a Solution Consultation call and a short discovery phase where we map one real process with the people who run it. From that we design the agent team: which specialist agents exist, what each one is allowed to do, which tools and MCP servers they call, and where a person decides. If it is worth building, we build it agent by agent, with evaluations and human checkpoints, and then keep it running. A first agent team typically goes live in weeks, not months.

Do you resell off-the-shelf AI agents?

No. We do not connect you to someone else's ready-made agents or a generic subscription. Every agent team we build is designed around your processes, your data and your systems, and the prompts, tools, skills and integrations belong to you.

How is pricing structured?

There is no price list and no packages. After discovery we propose a fixed-scope phase with a clear deliverable and price, so you decide phase by phase. Maintenance is agreed separately once a system is live.

Which models and platforms do you work with?

We design for the models companies already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Kimi, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama, Qwen and Grok. Architectures are model-agnostic where possible, with routing so each task uses the cheapest model that meets the quality bar. Cloud foundations run on AWS or Google Cloud, in your own account.

What is a hub-and-spoke agent team?

A central orchestrator (the hub) plans, routes and verifies work, while specialist agents, MCP tool servers, data sources and human reviewers (the spokes) each do one bounded job. Every edge is a typed tool contract with explicit permissions and logging. It keeps the team explainable, testable and easy to extend: adding a capability means adding a spoke, not rewriting the system.

What does maintenance actually include?

A running agent team needs care. We keep evaluation sets current as the process changes, run regression checks when a model or an API is updated, add tools and skills as scope grows, and monitor cost, latency and failures. Changes are reported on a regular cadence so you always know what the team does today.

How do you keep AI agents safe with company data?

Agents never get raw access. They act through MCP servers and typed tools with scoped permissions, every call is logged, and steps with real risk (posting an invoice, sending a customer reply, creating a vendor) wait for human approval. Data stays in your cloud account; we design retrieval so agents answer from your documents instead of memorising them.

Where are you based and who do you work with?

JustDukkan, LLC is registered in Delaware, USA and works remotely with companies internationally, in English and Turkish.
